The basics
What is IPTV LEVEL UP?
IPTV LEVEL UP is a prepaid IPTV subscription. You get a login that works in IPTV player apps on Firestick, Android TV, smart TVs, Apple devices, phones and computers, with live TV channels, sports channels and on-demand movies and series. There is no contract and no automatic renewal.
How much does IPTV LEVEL UP cost?
For one screen: 1 Month ($13), 3 Months ($29), 6 Months ($49), 12 Months ($69), all in US dollars. Extra screens cost more; the plans page shows the total for every length and screen count from 1 to 5. You pay once per period.
Does IPTV LEVEL UP work in my country?
Yes. IPTV LEVEL UP works worldwide, in any country with a stable broadband or mobile connection. Prices are in US dollars and your bank converts them to your currency. Channel line-ups are international; ask support about a specific channel before ordering.
Which devices are supported?
Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV, Samsung, LG and Hisense smart TVs, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones, Windows, Mac, Formuler, MAG boxes, Chromecast with Google TV and Nvidia Shield. Each has a step-by-step setup guide.
How do I get my login after ordering?
After you order, a payment link is emailed to you. Once payment is confirmed, your login (username, password and server URL, plus M3U and EPG links) is emailed. Usually within minutes of payment being confirmed.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can request a 24-hour trial on the free trial page. Our team reviews each request and sends the login on WhatsApp; submitting the form doesn't activate anything by itself. One trial per household.
What is the refund policy?
There is a 7-day refund policy. If the service doesn't work for you and our support can't fix it, contact us within 7 days of activation. The refund policy page lists the exact conditions.
How do I contact support?
On WhatsApp (+13858857120), Telegram (@iptv_support_center) or email ([email protected]). Support is available 24/7.
Plans, orders & payment
What's the cheapest way to subscribe?
Per month, the 12-month plan is the lowest at about $5.75/month for one screen ($69 in total). The 1-month plan ($13) costs more per month but is the smallest commitment.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment for its period. Before it ends we remind you, and you choose whether to renew.
How do I pay?
After you submit the order form, we email you a secure payment link for the exact total shown at checkout. We never ask for card details on this website.
Is my order active as soon as I submit the form?
No. Submitting the form creates an order that is waiting for payment. It becomes active only after payment is confirmed and your login is sent.
Can I change the number of screens later?
Yes. Message support with your order ID. We work out the price difference for the time left on your plan.
Connections & screens
What is a connection?
One connection is one stream playing at a time. You can install the app on as many devices as you like, but only as many can play simultaneously as your plan allows.
What happens if I go over my connections?
The extra device gets an error or the oldest stream stops. Upgrade your plan if you regularly need more screens at the same time.
Can I use one subscription in two homes?
The subscription is for one household. Using it at the same time in different places can trigger security blocks.
Setup & apps
Which login format should I use?
Your welcome email includes Xtream Codes, M3U playlist or MAC portal details. Use Xtream Codes when your player supports it: it brings live TV, movies, series and the guide in one step.
Do you make the player app?
No. Players such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, IBO Player or VLC are made by independent developers. Some are free, some charge their own fee. IPTV LEVEL UP provides the subscription you log in with.
Why is the TV guide empty?
Refresh the EPG in your player's settings and wait a few minutes. If it stays empty, paste the EPG URL from your welcome email into the player's EPG field.
Buffering & errors
Why does my stream buffer?
Usually the home connection: weak Wi-Fi, a busy network, or an overloaded streaming stick. Use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, restart the device and router, and clear the player's cache. Our buffering guide covers each step.
My login stopped working. What do I do?
Check the subscription hasn't expired and that no other device is using all your connections. Then re-enter the details carefully. If it still fails, message support with your order ID.
One channel doesn't work. Is the service down?
Single channels can drop temporarily. Try another channel. If several channels fail, restart the player; if it continues, tell support which channels so they can check.
Policies & privacy
How do refunds work?
Contact support within 7 days of activation if the service doesn't work on your device and we can't fix it. The refund policy lists what is and isn't covered.
What do you do with my data?
We use your name, email, phone number and country to process your order and support you. We don't sell your data. The privacy policy has the details.
