Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order or use a IPTV LEVEL UP subscription through iptvlevelup.info. By placing an order you agree to them.

The service

IPTV LEVEL UP provides a prepaid IPTV subscription: login details that work in compatible player apps to access live TV channels and on-demand content. Line-ups can change over time; we don't guarantee that any particular channel, programme or event will be available.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and the number of screens you choose.
• After you order, we email you a secure payment link for the exact total shown at checkout. The prices on our server are the ones that apply.
• Your order isn't active until payment is confirmed. We then email your login details.
• Subscriptions don't renew automatically.

Connections and account use

• Your plan allows the number of simultaneous connections you bought (1 to 5).
• The login is for your household. Sharing it beyond your connections, reselling it or publishing it can lead to suspension without a refund.
• Keep your login private. If you think it has leaked, ask support for new details.

Third-party apps and devices

Player apps and devices are made by other companies under their own terms. They aren't affiliated with IPTV LEVEL UP. We help you set them up but can't control their features, prices or updates.

Your responsibilities

• You need a working internet connection and a compatible device and app.
• You're responsible for making sure your use of the service is allowed where you live.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy (7 days from activation).

Service availability and liability

We work to keep the service running, but streaming depends on many things outside our control, including your internet provider, your device and the apps you use. We don't promise uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
