Step by step

Set up IPTV LEVEL UP on Android TV & Google TV

  1. 1

    Search the Play Store first

Open Google Play (on Google TV: Apps → Search for apps), search for your chosen player and install it. Installing from the store gives you automatic updates.
  2. 2

If the player isn't listed, enable unknown sources

Install Downloader from Google Play. On Google TV open Settings → System → About and press select on Android TV OS build seven times to unlock developer mode. Then go to Settings → Apps → Security & restrictions → Unknown sources and turn Downloader on. Menu names vary slightly between TV brands.
  3. 3

    Install the player with Downloader

Enter the official download address our support sends you, install the app, and delete the installer when asked.
  4. 4

Sign in with your Xtream Codes details

In the player choose the Xtream Codes (sometimes "Xtream API") login. Enter any profile name, then the username, password and server URL from your welcome email exactly as written, including http:// and the :port at the end. Save, and let the app download the channel list.
  5. 5

    Load the TV guide

Most players fetch the EPG automatically with an Xtream login. If the guide stays empty, open the app's EPG settings and press update, or paste the EPG URL from your welcome email. The first download can take a few minutes.
  6. 6

    Add favourites

Long-press a channel to add it to favourites so the channels you watch most are one click away.

If something goes wrong

"App not compatible with your device" in the Play Store
Some players only list a TV version in certain regions. Use the Downloader method in step 2 with the official file.
The TV guide shows the wrong time
In the player's EPG settings, adjust the time shift, and check the TV's own time zone in Settings → System → Date & time.
App closes on large channel lists
Clear the app's cache in Settings → Apps, and hide channel categories you don't need in the player to reduce memory use.
