How to set up IPTV LEVEL UP on LG Smart TV

LG TVs run webOS. Install an IPTV player from the LG Content Store, note the MAC address it shows, and add your playlist on the player's website. Like on Samsung, the player's developer usually charges a small fee after a free period. Expect about 15 minutes for the first setup.

Step by step

Set up IPTV LEVEL UP on LG Smart TV

    Open the LG Content Store

    Press Home, open the LG Content Store (Apps), search for the player and install it.

    Note the MAC address and key

    Open the player. It shows your TV's MAC address and often a device key. Write them down exactly.

    Upload your playlist

    On the player's official website, enter the MAC address and key, then paste your M3U link or Xtream details.

    Restart and load

    Exit the app fully (hold Back or switch the TV off and on), then open it again to load your lists.

    Set up the guide

    If the player has an EPG field, paste the EPG URL from your welcome email so the programme guide appears.

Troubleshooting

If something goes wrong

The Content Store doesn't list the player
Availability depends on country and webOS version. Try another listed player or use a streaming stick in an HDMI port.
Video plays but menus are slow
Large lists strain older webOS TVs. Hide unused categories on the player's website if it supports that.
Playlist disappears after a TV update
Re-upload the playlist on the player's website and restart the app.
