Before paying for any IPTV subscription, check six things: that the prices and refund terms are written down, how you'll pay, who you can contact, whether it renews automatically, whether your devices are supported, and whether using it is allowed where you live. This checklist applies to any provider, including us.
1. Are prices and terms written down?
- Is the full price shown for every plan and number of screens, before you order?
- Is there a written refund policy with a clear time limit and conditions?
- Do the terms say what happens if a channel stops working?
A provider that only explains prices or refunds in a chat message gives you nothing to point to later.
2. How do you pay?
- Do you receive a payment request for the exact amount you were shown?
- What protection does the payment method give you? Card and some wallet payments offer dispute options. Gift cards and some transfer methods offer almost none.
- Be cautious of any seller that asks for gift cards, or for payment to a personal account with no receipt.
3. Who can you contact?
- Is there more than one way to reach support (chat, email)?
- Did they answer a pre-sales question clearly and quickly?
- Is there an operator name and address on the legal pages? If not, ask.
4. Does it renew automatically?
Some subscriptions renew on their own until you cancel. Others are prepaid and simply end. Know which you're buying, and how to stop renewal if there is one.
5. Will it work on your devices?
- Is there a setup guide for each device you'll use?
- Will you need a paid player app? On Samsung and LG TVs this is common.
- Do you have the internet speed for the number of screens you want? See how many connections.
6. Is it legal where you live?
Rules on streaming and content rights differ between countries. It's your responsibility to check that using a particular service is permitted where you live. Be cautious of claims that a service is "100% legal everywhere" or "untraceable": nobody can promise that for every country.
Red flags
- Statistics that don't add up, such as percentages over 100% or impossible customer numbers.
- Very large channel counts with no way to check them.
- Different prices or refund terms on different pages.
- Pressure tactics: countdown timers, "only 3 left" for a digital service.
- Reviews with no names, dates or verifiable source.
Green flags
- Every price visible up front.
- A written refund policy that matches what support tells you.
- A trial or a short plan so you can test first.
- Honest answers about what isn't included.
