How to set up IPTV LEVEL UP on Formuler box

Formuler boxes come with the MYTVOnline app, built for IPTV. Add IPTV LEVEL UP as a new portal with your Xtream Codes details (or with a MAC portal if our support set one up for your box). Setup takes about 10 minutes, and the remote's guide button then works like a cable box.

Step by step

Set up IPTV LEVEL UP on Formuler box

    Open MYTVOnline

    From the home screen launch MYTVOnline 2 or 3. If asked, let it update first.

    Add a portal

    Choose Add Portal (or Connections → Add). Pick the Xtream Codes option if listed.

    Enter your details

    Type a nickname, the server URL, your username and password from the welcome email, then save.

    MAC portal alternative

    If you ordered with a MAC portal, send the MAC address shown on the box (Settings → About) to support first. Then add the portal URL they send.

    Load channels and the guide

    Open the new portal. Channel groups and the EPG download; the guide button on the remote opens the grid.

Troubleshooting

If something goes wrong

Portal shows "Authentication failed"
For Xtream, re-check the details. For MAC portals, confirm the MAC registered with support matches the box exactly.
The guide has gaps
In MYTVOnline settings, refresh the EPG and set the correct time zone.
Box is slow after many hours
Restart the box once a day, or turn on its scheduled reboot.
