How to set up IPTV LEVEL UP on MAG box

MAG boxes use a portal login linked to the box's MAC address. Send us the MAC printed on the box label, wait for confirmation that it's registered, then enter the portal URL in the box's system settings. After a restart the channels load. Setup takes about 10 minutes plus the time for us to register the MAC.

Step by step

Set up IPTV LEVEL UP on MAG box

    Send your MAC address to support

    The MAC is on the label under the box and in Settings → Device info. Send it with your order ID on WhatsApp, Telegram or email.

    Open the portal settings

    Press Setup/SET on the remote, then go to System settings → Servers → Portals.

    Enter the portal URL

    In Portal 1 name type IPTV LEVEL UP, and in Portal 1 URL type the address our support sent you, exactly.
  4. 4

    Save and restart

    Press OK to save, go back to the main menu and choose Restart portal. Channels appear after loading.

Troubleshooting

If something goes wrong

"STB blocked" or "Account not found"
The MAC isn't registered yet, or was typed wrong. Send a clear photo of the label to support.
Stuck on the loading screen
Check the portal URL for typos, and confirm the box shows a network connection in Settings → Network.
Time shown is wrong
Set the time zone and NTP server in System settings → Time.

MAG box questions

Can I move my MAG account to another device?

A MAC portal is tied to one MAC address. Ask support to switch it, or ask for Xtream details to use on another device.

Do older MAG models work?

Models that still receive firmware updates generally work. Very old boxes may struggle with HD streams.
